Wheelly respects your privacy and gives you full control over your account and data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Wheelly account and associated data:
1. Email support@wheellyapp.com
2. Use the email address associated with your Wheelly account
3. Include the subject line: Account Deletion Request
For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What Data Is Deleted
Once your request is verified and processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:
• Your Wheelly account profile
• Personal information associated with your account
• Posts, clubs, and content created by you
• Location history associated with your account
• Messages and in-app activity
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for:
• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security and auditing purposes
Any retained data is securely stored and automatically deleted once it is no longer required.
Deletion Timeframe
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
Once deletion is complete, your account cannot be recovered.
